The salon was always the most social room in the neighborhood. Suites gave professionals privacy and independence, and quietly took the social life away. EYEGASMS brings it back: an intimate lounge with music, art and the EYEGASMIC product bar at its heart, and private suites for independent professionals all around it.

What's included

Choose your stage.

Private salon suites for one or two professionals, or a semi-private bay on the Main Stage. Compare them on the same terms, or find your fit in three questions.

  1. An empty Main Stage bay: reeded-glass partitions in slim bronze frames, a fluted walnut wall, a tall backlit mirror, a black hydraulic chair and a walnut console, the next bay glowing through the glass.

Anyone who's circled Washington Avenue on a Saturday night knows why parking is a site requirement for us, not an afterthought. Residents get a reliable way to park and load in; clients get easy drop-off. The specifics will be published with the address.

Humidity is a design brief

Gulf Coast air decides how hair behaves from April to October. Houston professionals already design around it, so we will too: in ventilation, in The Set, and in how finished work is shown off before it meets the street.

How much does a residency cost?

Houston rates are being finalized.

Before you commit to anything you'll receive the rent basis, deposit, any recurring extras, the minimum term and exactly what's included, in writing.

Final Houston details will be shared before residencies open.

Is there parking?

Yes, that's a site requirement. We open in each city's social hub, but only where residents can have dedicated, reserved or validated parking and clients have easy drop-off and nearby parking.

The exact arrangement, cost and any restrictions for Houston will be published once the site is signed, and before you commit to anything.

Do I keep my clients, my prices and my calendar?

Yes. You run an independent business: your clients, your prices, your hours within the resident window. We don't take a commission on your services.

We will never copy your client records into EYEGASMS marketing. Brand campaigns only reach people who opted in to hear from EYEGASMS directly.

Is the building secure?

Yes. Residents get keyless entry, and there are cameras in all main shared areas. Your suite locks, and your equipment and products stay behind your door.

Public tours and this website never show access codes, camera positions or private routes.

What is an audition?

A portfolio review and a professional conversation. We look at craft, care, reliability and how you work alongside other people. It is not about how you look or how many followers you have.

After that: an interview, a look at which residence suits your work, and mutual agreement. A human makes every decision.

What does the app actually do?

It's in development, so nothing below is live yet. The plan: booking and payments, client arrival and building access, messages, reporting, event sign-ups and an assistant that handles routine questions with a clear handoff to a person.

Core booking access is intended to be included in residency. Payment processing costs will be disclosed separately. The assistant hands anything important to a person, and never makes decisions about residents.
